What is the best place to find a good used double-bass (a.k.a. stand-up or upright bass fiddle).?
I’ve been barking up that tree for a while now. The best you can do is ebay, other than that I sometimes check out bassgear.com. Its a classified ads site that deals with Bass equipment (how cool is that). I don’t know where you’re from but look up the music dealers in your area, even the ones that don’t deal in high-end stuff but seel pre-owned equipment. Sometimes you really do get lucky and they have one, and even mor rare still, they don’t really know the value of it and sell it for really cheap. I still haven’t found one I want so let me know if you run into some good luck. Godspeed Brave Soldier.
