What is a good amplifier that is under 260$ that would supply 500 watts rmsx2?

I have two 15″ american bass DX subwoofers and currently a power acoustik 2600 watt amp (which i want to replace because it is junk i got it for really cheap) im looking at hifonics but i want somthing reliable like a cea-2006 compliant amp.. but i cant find one thats a decent price that supports my subs and im not sure if my subs are REALLY 500watts rms, but i hooked up just one to my amp which is giving supposevly 1080 watts rms and my sub was sittin playin it all day not even gettin hot there good subs.(each sub is rated at 500 rms 1000 max, 4 ohm svc)

Sorry if I can’t help you too much (I don’t know much about home theatre systems), but if their bass amps are any indication, you should stay FAR away from Behringer – yes, their stuff is cheap, but that’s because of cheap building materials, shoddy construction, and poor electronics. Their bass amps aren’t reliable at all, break down often, and sound terrible =P
Then again, this could be different…but I’d look into it before buying.
